Mixed feelings on a large order
I placed a pretty big order for a family gathering, including several Ready to Eat Meals and a couple of Catering Platters. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, though I had a quick question about scheduling and customer service took a bit to respond, maybe 20 minutes. The food itself, like the Baba Ghanoush and Mutabbal, was delicious and fresh. However, one of the platters arrived a little dishevelled, not bad enough to complain, but it wasn't perfectly presented. Delivery to Sharjah took 3 days which was within the estimated window. Overall, a good experience, but they could improve packaging for larger orders.
Good value with the bundle
I was looking for a good deal on breakfast items and tried Hashem for the first time. The breakfast set for two was a pretty good price considering everything it came with. I got the Hummus, Foul Moudammas, and some Falafel. It felt like a solid value for my money, especially compared to eating out.

I decided to try some of their Arabic Coffee and Traditional Sweets for a treat, and oh my goodness! The coffee was so fragrant, and the sweets were just perfect. It was such a delightful experience! Solid food, slight delivery delay
I ordered the Frozen Falafel and some Zaatar. The food quality was excellent, really tasty, and the falafel cooked up perfectly. The delivery took 5 days to reach my address in New Jersey, which was a little longer than I hoped for, but not a deal-breaker. Everything was well-packaged. I'd definitely order again for the quality, just maybe plan a bit more for the delivery time.
